• Payment must be received before an order is confirmed.

Custom-designed cookies are created according to customer specifications.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, colours, spelling, and details before production.

• Minor variations in colour, design, and decoration may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

• We do not guarantee exact replication of reference images.

5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests for changes must be submitted as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.

Class bookings are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.

If a participant cannot attend, any credits or rescheduling options will be handled according to our booking policy.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances.
