How Custom Orders Work

1. Send Your Enquiry
Complete the enquiry form below with your event date, theme, colour palette, quantity, and any inspiration images.
We require a minimum order quantity of 24 biscuits. 

Simple designs start from R40 per biscuit. Pricing increases according to the level of detail and complexity of the design.

2. Confirm & Quote
We’ll confirm availability and send you a detailed quote based on design complexity and quantity.

3. Secure Your Booking
Your order is confirmed once the deposit payment is received.

We require a minimum of 10 business days after deposit payment is made to ensure we have sufficient time to complete your order with the highest level of care and quality.

4. We Create the Magic
Your cookies are then carefully planned, sketched out, baked from scratch, hand-decorated with care, and beautifully packaged.

5. Collection or Delivery

Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and protected.

You’re welcome to collect from us in Villieria (Pretoria), or we can arrange delivery for your convenience.
