2. Order Collection
Customers are responsible for collecting orders on the agreed date and time.
Collection details will be provided when your order is confirmed.
If you are unable to collect your order, please arrange for someone to collect on your behalf and notify us in advance.
3. Collection Delays
We understand that unexpected delays can occur. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late.
Orders not collected on the agreed date and time may be subject to storage limitations.
We cannot guarantee the quality of products that remain uncollected beyond the agreed collection time.
4. Delivery
Where delivery is offered:

Once an order has been delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.

Decorated cookies are delicate handmade products.

Customers are responsible for ensuring cookies are transported carefully after collection.

Cookies should be placed on a flat surface during transport.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs after collection or successful delivery.
6. Storage Instructions
For best quality:

Store cookies in their sealed packaging until ready to enjoy.

Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.

Do not refrigerate unless specifically instructed.

While cookies can remain fresh for up to 3 months when stored correctly, they are best enjoyed within 1 month of collection or delivery for optimal taste and quality.
7. Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, collection, and delivery information.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of severe weather, power outages, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, collection and delivery times may need to be adjusted. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible.
