By ordering from BAKDROOM you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
DELIVERY / PICK-UP
Deliveries​
​
All deliveries are undertaken by our contracted courier services. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your order delivery. Should no-one be on hand to receive your order, your delivery will have to be rescheduled, which will result in a less-fresher product.

If you would like your order to be delivered to your place of work or somewhere with a mailroom/courier point, this can be arranged. Please add this details to the shipping section when placing your order.

Please take note that BAKDROOM cannot accept any liability for the treatment of your order once a delivery has been made. Our courier partners are informed of the correct handling of the cookies but once the cookies are signed for, we cannot accept liability for the subsequent handling of your order.

Pick-ups
​
You can select the option to pick up your order from our address, but once it has left our premises we cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs thereafter.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change the date or details of your order or cancel it altogether, please contact us as far in advance as possible.

Orders cancelled 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund on the order total.
Orders canceled within 3-6 days of the delivery/collection date will be entitled to a 50% refund.
Orders cancelled within 72 hours of the delivery/collection date will unfortunately not be entitled to a refund.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
BAKDROOM requires information such as name, surname, contact details as well as an address to process all orders. This information is purely for our internal use and this information will be kept in our data base to make ordering in the future easier. This information will not be sold to any third parties.
LEAD TIMES
Website Orders

We require 48 hours lead time for all products that can be found in our website.
​
Custom Orders
​
Customised orders require a minimum one week lead time. Due to the time consuming nature of customised orders, we plan our production schedule a week in advance. In order to avoid disappointment, we therefore suggest placing and confirming your customised orders well in advance.
PAYMENT CONFIRMS ORDER
Full payment is needed to confirm online, telephone and invoiced orders. Until your payment is received your order cannot be confirmed. We strongly recommend making your payment far in advance of your order's due date.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
Refunds will only be given in the event that you receive the incorrect product or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your order upon arrival you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

BAKDROOM will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time. No refunds will be provided if the product in question is not returned to us for inspection.
